Finding and stacking cheap deals honestly feels like a little victory for me. There’s just something about scoring something I love for a fraction of the price that gets me weirdly excited. Watching the savings add up is so satisfying—it feels like a treasure hunt where the prize is the deal itself. On the flip side, my most irrational fear is way less fun: thinking my AirPods are connected when they’re not, and then realizing my music is blasting out loud in public at full volume. Instant embarrassment.
When it comes to spin, one thing that still makes me nervous is curating and teaching a brand-new playlist. I always get that flutter of doubt, wondering if the energy will really land. But the moment I clip in on the podium bike and hit play, the nerves fade—I just own it and ride with it. And yes, I’ll admit it, my guilty pleasure is shopping, especially for workout gear. I always tell myself it’s motivation—if I look good, I’ll feel good, and then I’ll want to work out more. But truthfully, after the first few wears, most of it ends up living in my closet. Still, I don’t feel guilty about it one bit.
Outside the studio, I’m juggling two worlds. By day, I’m battling 9-to-5 emails with the help of caffeine. By night, I’m on the bike, chasing those “you’ve got this” moments and pretending the hills and sprints are my escape. Somewhere in between, I’ve also discovered what might be my strangest superpower: being able to eat ten minutes before teaching a spin class and somehow pulling it off without issue. Defying my digestive system feels like a small, quirky victory of its own.
Through all of this, I try to live by a simple motto: hustle hard, breathe deep, and keep moving—because if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.

Okay, this is a weird one—but the sound of someone biting into rice crackers? Instant goosebumps. Can’t explain it. Just... nope.
Outside the studio, I’m usually busy with work, planning class playlists, or sneaking in rides as a rider on my off days. It keeps me inspired and moving.
Something most people at Sync don’t know? I love baking! I used to be a part-time instructor at ABC Cooking Studio—nothing like a good dessert fresh from the oven.
If I had a totally free weekend, I’d be poolside—swimming, soaking up the sun, and pretending I’m on vacation.
A quote I live by is: “己所不欲勿施于人” — Do not do to others what you do not want others to do to you. Simple, but it says everything.
One day, I’d love to live in Japan. It’s been on my heart for a while... maybe someday soon. 🇯🇵

One of my simple joys in life? Grocery runs. I know—it sounds so random. But there’s just something about walking through the aisles, discovering new sauces, drinks, or snacks that makes me weirdly happy. It’s like a little treasure hunt with a shopping cart.
On the flip side, one thing I really can’t deal with? Birds. Especially crows. When I was a kid, I saw one get shot right in front of me—it was awful. Ever since then, I get super uneasy around them. Totally irrational, but very real.
Public speaking is another thing that still makes me nervous. And yet... somehow, it became part of my job. First through work, and now through spin. I still get butterflies before grabbing the mic, but I show up anyway—and that counts for something.
Outside the studio, I’m juggling work life and dog mum life. My Maltese keeps me busy (and entertained). He’s small, fluffy, and has me wrapped around his little paw.
One quote that’s stuck with me over the years? “Stay hungry, remain humble, and get better today.” It keeps me grounded—always reminding me that progress is the goal, not perfection.

There’s a special kind of thrill when Popmart drops a new release or when Shopee announces a 5.5 sale. My cart? Full. My heart? Happy. It’s the little joys, right?
On the flip side, I get super anxious in crowded places. Not sure why—it just makes me feel like I need to escape ASAP. But somehow, I’ve managed to solo travel... multiple times. It still makes me nervous every time, but I do it anyway—and I’m proud of that. I even survived a whole trip across Europe on my own!
My guilty pleasure (that I don’t feel guilty about at all)? Binge-watching K-dramas and reality shows… usually with a whole tub of ice cream. No regrets.
These days, I’m working on saving up to travel more—dreaming of seeing the world, one country at a time. On the side, I secretly keep up with TikTok trends too. You wouldn’t think it, but I’ve got a few moves 😏
If I had a totally free weekend? Easy: massage, matcha, and games. That’s my idea of pure bliss.
Still on my bucket list? Jet skiing or ATV-ing—something adventurous and a little wild. One day soon, I hope!
One quote I live by? “Give your 💯 in everything you do.” Whether it’s work, spin, or just showing up for myself—I try to go all in.

I get a real buzz from waking up early and knocking out my to-do list before 9am—it sets the tone for the whole day. But there’s one sound that totally gets under my skin: nails scratching on surfaces. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps!
Every spin class I teach comes with that familiar mix of nerves and excitement. It’s a feeling I’ve grown to love, even if it still makes my heart race a little.
Outside the studio, life is full—managing a day job with 200 energetic kids, coming home to my own three little ones, teaching spin, and carving out moments for self-care and time with my husband. We’re also building something special together—a business we’re both passionate about.
I’m definitely an extreme morning person—I just can’t sleep in. So if I ever had a totally free weekend, I’d wake up early, savor a matcha latte with a good book, sneak in an afternoon nap, enjoy a fun dinner with friends, and treat myself to a long spa session. I might even try learning a new dance style while I’m at it!
The motto I live by is simple but powerful: “I can do all things through Christ.” It keeps me grounded and motivated every day.
And something I’m truly proud of? Staying fit and strong—not just for myself, but for my family and everything life throws my way.

Honestly, I get weirdly excited about anything new—fresh music, meeting new people, or even rocking funky socks. It’s the little sparks that make life fun!
I know I talk a lot, but here’s the plot twist: once I’m done yapping, I get super awkward. Being on the podium? Still gives me stage fright sometimes. But hey—fake it till you make it!
My guilty pleasure? Blasting my playlist and head-banging around the house while my family watches my “concert.” Slay mode: on.
Outside the studio, I’m usually eating... and fighting a food coma. No complaints though—it’s a blessing.
As for what I’m working on? That’s a secret for now 👀 but it’s something I’m super excited about.
A random skill? I pronounce words in the strangest ways—like saying “tote” as “thought.” It’s chaotic but uniquely me.
My motto: “Keep being genuine. Your people will find you.”
Starting a podcast is something I’ve always wanted to do—I mean, with all this yapping, might as well turn it into something meaningful.
And truly, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. The growth, the chaos, the joy—bring on what’s next. Hell yeah.

I have a special knack for timing my visits to my favourite bakery just as my favourite bread comes out of the oven 🤭. There’s a place in Orchard that sells the best salt bread, and holding it warm in my hands? Pure joy.
Random fact: I have terrible fear of frogs and amphibians. Show me a photo, and I shiver. Hear them croak? I cringe. I have no idea why, but it’s been happening for as long as I can remember!
My open secret? I also have a soft spot for drinks—never in quantity, always in experience. An ice-cold beer on a sunny afternoon? Bliss. A Guinness after a night class? Count me in!
Lately, I’m discovering the joys of being a first-time homeowner. There’s something so satisfying about seeing your vision come to life, and I secretly love adding new things to my cart, imagining how they’ll fit into my home ☺️.
These days, I try to “worry less, notice more,” It’s a simple reminder to live in the present, enjoy the little moments, and not let unnecessary worries weigh me down. Life’s challenging enough already!

Show up, even when no one’s watching.” That’s the quote I live by. I remind my clients of it all the time, but it’s also what keeps me consistent—whether it’s work, passion, health, or life in general.
I have a guilty pleasure I’m not guilty about at all: taking a full rest day, completely skipping a workout, and treating myself to my favourite cheeky Jollibee chicken 🍗😛.
Something that still makes me nervous but I do anyway? Taking pictures of myself. I used to avoid cameras at all costs when I was overweight and dealing with a chronic illness. But I’ve realised that photos are memories—they show how far you’ve come.
Outside the studio, life is full. I coach at Strong Pilates in the mornings before heading to my full-time banking role. On top of that, I create content, collaborate on brand projects, and still try to squeeze in my own training. It sounds like a lot, but you only live once—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m proud of recovering from hyperthyroidism a few years ago. That setback knocked me down, but it also made me appreciate my health so much more. Now, every time I get on the bike or step into the gym, I remind myself of my journey. The best part? Seeing my clients grow stronger, fitter, and more confident as they show up for themselves—it inspires me to keep showing up too.

You know that magic moment when your playlist perfectly matches your mood? It gives me a weird, happy rush every time.
One thing people don’t expect—I’m actually terrified of birds. Totally irrational, but very real 😵💫
My guilty pleasure? Binge-watching an entire series in a weekend, even if I’ve already seen it. Zero regrets, all comfort.
These days, I’m finally making space for myself—catching up with friends, prioritizing self-care, and doing the little things I used to push aside when work was nonstop.
If I had a free weekend, I’d treat myself to a massage, spend the afternoon reading by the beach, and end the day baking something sweet.
A quote I live by is: “You don’t have to be extreme, just consistent.” It keeps me grounded.
And something I still want to try? Running a marathon—well, maybe a half first. Next year, for sure!

Sometimes the smallest things make me inexplicably happy. Like stumbling upon a game on sale during a Steam event or discovering a new song that I just have to spin to—I get this little thrill that’s hard to describe, but it’s pure joy.
I have a guilty pleasure that I’m not even a little bit guilty about: collecting Popmart figures. Some people might think they’re scary or even ugly, but I find them oddly charming. There’s something fun about having a tiny “ling-ling” dangling from my bag—it just makes me smile.
Not many people at the studio would guess this, but I have a quirky little talent: I can press both of my palms together and make my fingers move like seaweed swaying in the ocean. It’s silly, I know, but my close friends always get a kick out of it.
And if I had a completely free weekend with zero responsibilities? I’d dive headfirst into my games at home, making the most of every minute, laughing and competing with friends, and just soaking up the pure, uninterrupted joy of it all.
