Same same lah, but in here we do it a little differently.

Spinning is just you, a bike, feel good music, and pretending your legs are not complaining while you have a good time. You would smile, you might sweat and you could sing.

Sync 45 (Beginner friendly)

Classic 45-minute rhythmic cycling experience that moves with your energy and your smile.
It’s not about the intensity, it’s about the energy, pure, positive, and uplifting.
Synchronise your pedals to the beat, connect with the music, and leave feeling energized, confident, and happy.

Fundamentals 45 (Beginner friendly)

This 45mins ride is all about mastering the basics and building a strong foundation for every ride to come. You’ll focus on proper technique, resistance control, and efficient pedal strokes, all while moving to music that keeps you motivated. By the end, you’ll feel confident, strong, and ready to take on any challenge, because greatness starts with solid fundamentals.

PWR 45/ PWR 60

Designed for riders who crave more, this is power mode at its finest. For 45/60mins we push hard, challenge your limits and turn every climb, sprint and surge into a moment of strength. These rides are not just about endurance, they are about testing yourself, feeling the burn and walking away stronger, faster and unstoppable.

What do I bring?

Eh, other than yourself, we do recommend...

💦 Hydration = Motivation – Bring a water bottle ‘cause you will sweat (trust us). Hot or cold, water is free.

 

👟 Shoes? Sorted! – We’ve got cycling shoes for you, but if you’ve got a fave pair, bring ‘em! We are using Shimano SPD Cleats (Don’t forget your socks – toes need love too.)

Free Towels?

Handy when you are sweating, and useful for warmth when you are not. We do not judge.

 

🧖‍♀️ Towel Service, Baby – Face and bath towels? On the house. You just bring the energy.

Shoes?

You will need our free cycling shoes for our bikes

Depending on your mood, but if you are in between, why not try one side on each leg? Just kidding, but honestly who is judging anyway?

Diamonds?

keep them in the lockers

Free lockers are yours to use, so stash your stuff and focus on the ride. You will be sparkling, no need for diamonds.

 

Toilet run?

Totally normal.

Happens when the pre ride butterflies in your stomach decide to stage a full on escape mission. Located at the back of the studio, you are not alone.

We start on the dot

and latecomers won’t make the cut.

But hey, if you’re running late, check in with our friendly crew. If you’re nice, we might just refund your credit.

 

Pedals?

We use Shimano SPD pedals

The wide ones for stability, comfort, and control, great for beginners.

The slim ones for more power transfer, lighter, and easier to push through.

Bonus, our pedals are always right, you can clip in on either side.

STOP!

If there is only one thing to remember, it is how to stop. Push the big red button down firmly and the pedals will come to a halt.

 

It also controls resistance, but do not worry, the instructors will guide you through it. This bike is designed to be simple, with no extra levers to meddle with, so you focus on the ride.

Enjoy our showers and vanity areas, and doll yourself up before you leave like a rockstar.
