SYNC CYCLE PHASE 2 HEIGHTENED ALERT (Updated 7 Aug 2021)
What is considered as vaccinated?
An individual is considered vaccinated if he/ she has been:
a) fully vaccinated, i.e. has received the full regimen of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnatry, Moderna or the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines, with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective, or
b) has obtained a negative result on a pre-event test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the class.
I do not have a TraceTogether App but fully vaccinated. Can I still come for class?
If you do not have a TraceTogether App, simply show us your vaccination status from your HealthHub App or Vaccination Card.
I am not vaccinated or partially vaccinated, can I ride?
If you are not vaccinated or only partially vaccinated, you need to provide your latest negative PET results upon check-in. Your negative PET results are only valid for 24 hours. This means that your time spent in the studio needs to fall within this 24 hours window period.
I am not vaccinated or partially vaccinated, can you please extend the validity of my series?
Yes, if the status on your trace together app states “Not Vaccinated”, we will provide a 60 days extension for you to do the necessary. Simply email to email@example.com with a video screen recording of your TraceTogether/Healthhub status & profile name for assistance.
If your status on your trace together app states that “Vaccination In Progress” we will provide a 30 days extension for you to do the necessary. Simply email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a video screen recording of your TraceTogether/Healthhub status & profile name for assistance.
If your status on your trace together app states that “Waiting to take effect” we will provide a 14 days extension. Simply email to email@example.com with a video screen recording of your TraceTogether/Healthhub status & profile name for assistance.
I am not vaccinated and don’t intend to. What will happen to my series?
You may choose to continue to ride by showing us your negative PET results. Alternatively, you may wish to transfer your current series to another rider. We will assist with the complimentary transfer on a case by case basis. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more assistance.
Do you have a class for unvaccinated riders?
We do not have this class as we open on the 10th August 2021. Once there are more guidelines provided for such classes, we will explore this possibility.
I already did an ART self-test at home within the last 24 hours and had a negative result. Do I still need to take a Pre-event Test (PET) prior to the class that I wish to attend?
Yes, you do. ART self-tests performed at home cannot be used for PET (Pre-Event Testing). This will be deemed invalid.
Do I need to undergo PET if my visit to the studio is within my PET exemption period but ends in the middle of the exemption period?
Yes. To remain in our studio you must obtain a new COVID-19 Test Result Notice before the validity period of your PET Exemption Notice ends.
Am I still required to undergo PET if I’m on Rostered Routine Testing (RRT)?
Yes, you are still required to undergo PET. However, if your latest RRT test result negative (either ART-negative, or non-pooled PCR-negative) and is within the 24 hours validity period, you can use that to obtain a COVID-19 Test Result Notice to gain entry into our studios without doing any additional ART/PCR.
How many riders will there be in your studios?
We will have 15 riders to 1 instructor in our YCK studio and 12 riders to 1 instructor in our ECR studio.
What are the amenities available during this period?
Workout towels, water coolers and shower facilities remain available for use.
If you are showering, please keep the duration brief.
Please kindly approach our front desk should you need a bath towel.
What is your check in process?
Please show your vaccination status or valid PET Testing Results to our staff upon check-in.
All riders are required to scan our unique Safe Entry QR code before entry.
To facilitate effective tracing, please ensure you have downloaded your TraceTogether apps or have your token.
I’m feeling mildly unwell, is it alright for me to show up?
